OEM Product Development Process
- Inquiries: Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding raw materials, lot sizes, desired prices, etc.
- Consultation: We will gather information via interviews regarding your product appeal, concept, budget, etc.
- Product Development: Based on the information gathered, we will determine and propose the raw material formulation.
- Test Production (Manual): Once the formulation is finalized, we will conduct lab prototyping at a contracted factory.
- Pilot Production (Line Test, Analysis, etc.): In order to confirm that there are no problems with the manufacturing process, we will conduct actual prototype testing at the contracted factory.
- Formulation Finalization & Packaging Specifications: If there are no issues with the above, we will create the packaging design. We will also support the creation of back label text, etc.
- Mass Production: Manufacturing will be conducted at factories certified under GMP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, etc.
- Delivery: After conducting quality inspections to ensure that there are no defects in the product, the product is considered complete if no problems are found. We will respond sincerely to any inquiries regarding the product after delivery.
Development timeline
- From consultation to prescription confirmation: approx. 2-3 weeks
- Laboratory testing: approx. 1 month
- Prototype production: approx. 2 months
- From actual production to delivery: Initial order: approx. 3 months. Repeat orders: approx. 2 months.
- The final delivery date depends on the delivery schedule of materials and the formulation.
- It tends to take about two weeks longer during busy periods around long holidays.
